The police torture story of two tribals Soni Sori and Linga Kodopi's in the hands of Indian police is so painful and sad, it raises the question if there is any democracy left in practice in many parts of India. These two innocent tribals been subjected to harassment, abuse and physical violence including inserting Stones into the sexual parts of the tribal woman, it is a cruelty unimaginable, these two tribals been abused and ill treated for months by none other than the Chhattisgarh state police in India. In the state of Chhattisgarh  the democracy seems to have been murdered already by the police and politicians...................! Apple's profit announcement is discussed pretty much all over the internet or offline at the Kitchen table or the Pub in the corner of the street for that matter, it will not be an overstatement to call it a"Cult" co, this company has systematically created a cult behavior and admiration,  such a huge following world wide that they will bet their whole life's worth or their whole belief into this company. After all, it was Steeve Jobs and his team who understood where the selling point is located. It is certainly an achievement and a great business thinking of the people behind this company to propel into one of the greatest success story of today. However, that is not all, Apple is not without critics or criticism that will span upto several Book Stories, of the worst criticism is child labor or labor abuse, copyright and intellectual infringement to sear abuse of human resources.....

I will one day if time permits and if my interest continues will delve into that human rights abuse side story of apple topic, but for today, I have one very important reason, the Only reason and that is of paramount importance right now. If a single private company with few able men/woman can make a successful cash cow company like Apple, it is amazing to see how half of nations around the world had failed miserably and even many growing countries are unable to make progress like a company?. As of today, Apple has more money than many countries around the world.  Whether a Broken and collapsed nation like Greece or the most successful nations like Singapore or Denmark, or Rogue, money hungry nations like Israel, Syria and Jordan GDP combined?....wow...wow...!. Apple is Bigger than these countries in terms of revenues, worth and sear financial strength?. Why so many nations around the world failed utterly, while some private businesses achieve extraordinary success?.

SAMBALPUR: At least 30 houses of Dalits were torched by the upper caste community at Lathor village in Balangir district on Sunday night, following a clash between the two groups over a petty issue.

The situation had escalated beyond control, with people so incensed that they even torched the fire-fighting vehicle that was brought in to extinguish the fire. No media persons were allowed to enter the village. The situation was brought under control only after the deployment of armed police late in the night.
The victims were given shelter in a local high school after they were rescued by police. A shop owner, who was injured seriously in the incident, was shifted to VSS Medical college hospital of Burla on Monday. Police arrested 42 villagers.Four platoons of police were deployed in the village apprehending further untoward incident.Link

Two groups clashed in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh Monday after unidentified people desecrated three statues of B.R. Ambedkar, police said.Police banned the assembly of five or more people in Amlapuram town as tension mounted after the statues were vandalized. A Dalit group protesting against the incident clashed with another group in Amlapuram. Police baton charged the two groups pelting stones on each other.The trouble began after people noticed the damaged statues Monday. The incident took place in three villages in Amlapuram block.

Dalit atrocity and caste discrimination continues beyond a point where the state of Tamil Nadu is pretty much at border or at a Boiling point that could even lead to caste war/civil war kind of scenario. Paramakudi Dalit killing by the Tamil Nadu Police was condemned by people, political parties and NGOs from all over India. The currently run T.N govt did not make enough effort to bring the killers and the forces behind the Paramakudi violence to justice, realizing this inactivity and state clandestine behaviors, the dalit people and organizations pushed for a CBI investigation, as the state exhibited reluctance and no interest, mostly indicating the hand of state in this barbaric violence, the local courts ordered the state govt to hand over the case to CBI as there is obvious conflict of interest if T.N investigates this violence, they will come out with a biased and engineered report that the police was acting in defense, this very court action to hand over the case to CBI was the biggest blow on the face of the state government and it is a slap on the face of Jayalalitha, the state chief minister.

It must be emphasized that the clear and strong message of state sponsored terrorism came from all over India,  not just the dalit communities and leaders but various political parties including the hindutva BJP party condemned strongly of the police abuse of dalits, various NGOs and representatives from various walks of life visited Paramakudi and published the fact that it was the negligence and deliberate attempt of police to cause damage to dalit movement.

Just weeks after another barbaric attack was carried out on Pasupathi Pandian, who was killed by gang of thugs infront of dalit leaders house, though initially the police did not act, the change in their attitude towards capturing the killers seems to be happening. The following Tamil Daily reports that special police task forces are working in many places and massive manhunt is underway to capture a fugitive Panniyar who has been implicated by the police might be the killer of Pasupathi Pandian. The details and the way the police is conducting this investigation seems like they are trying to do their Job, though time will tell us if it is real or genuine and the T.N.Police is giving their best in this case, some activities to nab the killers by police is in progress, that is bit Hopeful to hear coming from Tamil Nadu Police.

At Last, One Indian Film maker has the Guts to Make a REAL Movie, thank goodness!!

In India, it is a nationwide Epidemic to abuse, rape, kill and burn the villages where dalits live. It is not a news of today or yesterday, it has been ongoing for at the least for the last 2000 years, what would be a Shocking reality is that it is actually at the heights in this 21st century, hard to believe right. No, it is not at all difficult to hear, read and see the barbaric Indian behaviors all over the internet. The Police system is totally functions as an outlaw than a law abiding organization, so that is the beginning of atrocity, the Press is a whore who never focused on social and humanitarian issues but sleeping with politicians and corporations who pour money and appreciation for procrastinating to them, and politicians ofcourse are piece of garbage, there is not a single politician in the entire nation of India who can stand up and tell the world that India is the most corrupt and barbaric in nature where every day two dalits are killed, several dalits are raped and many village houses go in flame by hindu perpetrators. So, Police, Press and Politicians when they failed, the ultimate failure is the temples, schools and homes, no body cares about a human rights abuse taking place in front of their eyes, they wills shrug the shoulder or turn the head and walk away, and the result, India is an uncivil nation?. One of the worst of it's kind abusers of Indian people are the people in the film industry, this is a pathetic institution, if press did not do it's conscious job, the movie is multifold worst than press, because not a single movie maker or movie actor or producer ever focused on the most dangerous caste system and made effort to address this danger.............................................

There are few documentary by small scale film makers or documentary specialists came out in the recent past but none was either watched by the hindus and casteists, as it did not make any difference to them, as the ignorant mass have no knowledge about them or the film maker, that is when things get interesting why?. why?. Because they want some big filmaker or director or actor involve, may be then they might show some interest.

JaiBhim comrade, the following review will tell you why it is important and different that will bring attention is the fact that the film maker and director in the first place is quite well known with a reputation of good quality film making, on top of that fact is he claims to have spent 14 years following dalit atrocity, but he can make dalits interested in this film because he was closely associated with dalits in real life, that makes all the more different to tell a story first hand.

Finally here we are looking for the last 50-60 years of Indian film industry's history and services, after almost 6 decades of India's independence, a first Indian director with some guts to make a film to tell the world about the plights of India, the plights of Dalits...........................India is not a country without Dalits and their contribution but yet, somehow the whole world has been conned by casteists until today.....!

Over more than 200 minutes, noted documentary filmmaker Anand Patwardhan opens for his audience a window into the gut-wrenchingly, unjust world of caste atrocities, violence and discrimination in 21st Century India.

Screened on Tuesday evening at the Mount Carmel College auditorium, Patwardhan's latest offering, Jai Bhim, Comrade, made over 14 long years, documents the brutal police firing that killed 10 Dalits in Ramabai Colony in the ‘City of Dreams', Mumbai, where a statue of B.R. Ambedkar was vandalised one night.

Do not Malign the word Reservation, Say Equal Representation in Lok Pal!

INDIA' corruption is a multifaceted behavioral problem directly stem from the caste practicing mind set. Infact, India's corruption is a hindu behavior, it arises from a vedic mind that bribes the god and it derives from the manu mind that perpetrates fellow humans in the name of varna filth, finally infiltrated into every action of India totally engulfed in corruption. So corruption is not a rights issue like Reservation, so do not malign the greatest policy ever made on this planet and let us leave the reservation alone and it has nothing to do with a Lok Pal or any such bodies.

I think writers and activists on this Lok Pal or Anna issue are making a fatal judgement error in using the word "Reservation" in Lok Pal. It is a wrong term and a wrong place to be used. Reservation is a Constitutional element, a powerful, dignified and rights issue. Whereas, Lok Pal is like a Street Rowdy organization that wants to violate Indian constitution and empower a few corrupt minded and corrupted individuals, their only aim is to protect their own pockets, lands and black money, and they are quite determined to bring back the same old Manusmiriti kind of a rule in India, where a small group of individuals will call the shot against the electorally voted and people's chosen representatives in the Upper and lower houses as well as in legislative councils in States?.

We must be careful in using the word Reservation, it is a fundamental rights issue which can save lives, save families and society. But, corruption is not a rights issue but a fatality in behavior and a behavioral failure to do honest job for the country or for the people.

So, what the economically marginal or suppressed section of INDIA must understand is that those who are putting up a big rallies, protests and fight against corruption are in all reality is the Core group of India's corrupted people, it is like asking a Murderer to Protect an innocent man/woman?, what would be the fate of the innocent...you can imagine!!. It is the same here, those people like Anna or other members of India against corruption are murderer's of Individual rights, murderers of the constitution, murderers of social equality and murderers of freedom itself, so how can you expect them to form a body and fight against corruption. Members of the Oppressed and marginalized are the most suitable people to put up a right fight against corruption as they are the victims of all sorts of corruption and they can understand better and they can address it better in a honest manner. So, if there is any campaign or body to fight corruption that has to come from downtrodden, but if someone else initiates such anti corruption body then they have to realize a equal representation of all the sections of Indian population is the first step to eradicate corruption, mostly the victims of corruption must be Empowered to make changes in India. So, I wish every writer or speaker makes enough effort to use the word Representation but Not reservation. Let us not malign or perturb the greatest Indian policy and law ever made so far, the Reservation. One can ask what is there in a word, oh well, there is lot in it.

And take a solemn oath that You will talk about our people, raise awareness, write about people take the message to people and the world, and you will go help one at a time at the ground level wherever in a school or work place or at temples or anywhere you find dalit abuse, make sure you have your voice heard. Together, we can bring more structural change than alone, together we can repeat Bhima Koregoan and liberate the whole India, bring the Buddha's India back to our people and to others, a caste free, human rights filled, abuse free, non mythical, fake faith free, scientific, rationale and Human society. KATHMANDU: In the wake of murder of a Dalit man in Kalikot, the Dalit bodies affiliated with the main political parties have announced a phase-wise agitation including general shutdown to protest the caste-based discrimination against the Dalit communities.

Organising a press meet in Kathmandu on Wednesday, the Dalit organisations announced Nepal bandh for January 1. They said they were compelled to take up the stern measures as the government remained indifferent towards their five-point demand put forth earlier.

The Dalit Caucus has been obstructing the House business to protest the murder of Manbire Sunar in Kalikot. They have demanded a martyr status to the deceased and relief package to the bereaved family.

Sunar, who belonged the blacksmith community, was beaten to death by two upper-caste men for he entered the kitchen of a hotel they ran. The Dalit communities have been sporadically imposing strikes in various cities in the western Nepal.
